All-Clad Cop-R-Chef Cookware offers 15 different styles with a copper exterior that can be polished to a high shine, or allowed to oxidize to a classic, antique look. Its 3-ply bonded construction fuses the copper exterior to a thick aluminum core which is designed to distribute heat evenly. The core is notable for not being restricted to the bottom of the cookware as it actually goes all the way up the sides as well. It has an interior of 18/10 stainless steel that will not react to food.
Like all All-Clad cookware the handles are solid cast stainless steel with a patented "stay cool" technology and stainless steel rivets that do not corrode; they keep the handles in place securely because of their high-yield strength.
The 3-ply bonded construction is made in the USA by American craftspeople who take care to recycle and recover all unused metal to avoid waste. It has a lifetime warranty.
The stainless steel interior makes the All-Clad Cop-R-Chef cookware line healthy. Cop-R-Chef is not induction ready.
The All-Clad Cop-R-Chef product line should be cleaned with fine powder cleanser and soapy water. All-Clad warns against using bleach, oven cleaners, or steel wool on this line and it is also not dishwasher safe.

This product line has very few reviewers at Amazon (it's one of their more expensive lines) but those that did buy and review the product gave it 5 stars in most cases. One person who bought a paella pan with lid said the following:
"I'd been looking for a copper paella pan with a lid for the last year or two. This All-Clad is a beautiful and functional piece that will last a lifetime. It is heavy, well constructed, and spectacular to work with. The pan with lid provides multiple uses so that it is an endless workhorse in your kitchen. I love it."

"I have owned this cookware for a few months now and am extremely impressed with the quality and the ease of care. I was a little concerned about the care given the copper cladding but have found it not to be an issue.
