Copper is the BEST quality material for a cookware set! Its heating qualities are second to none. While copper can be used on the outside of the cookware, I also include those who layer copper on the inside, and expose a strip of it. In this review, I look at those copper cookware sets that present themselves as a VALUE. Although more costly than cookware sets of other materials, copper adds the best even and quick heating characteristics.
